Rock Hill is the largest city in York County, South Carolina and the fourth-largest city in the state. It is also the third-largest city of the Charlotte metropolitan area, behind Charlotte and Concord, North Carolina. The 2010 current population estimate is 71,154 residents, and the forecast for 2020 is near 100,000 residents (according to Rock Hill Economic Development). Rock Hill is located at, approximately south of Charlotte and approximately north of Columbia. Rock Hill can be accessed from Interstate 77 at five exits.
