Monroeville is a home rule municipality in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States. Located about east of the city of Pittsburgh, Monroeville is a bustling suburb with mixed residential and commercial developments. As of the 2000 census, Monroeville was home to 29,349 people, 12,376 households, and 8,044 families.
